- Purchasing Equipment Needed to Alleviate Pain
- Providing Equipment to Heal & Rehabilitate Injuries
We are dedicated to equipping, supporting, and caring for special operations forces, including fire fighters and law enforcement with ongoing health challenges and injuries so that we can improve the quality of life and career longevity. Read more about what we do, and why we do it.
We are always open to strategic partnerships and initiatives that help further our cause and change more lives . Reach out today to see how we can work together in support of our nation’s heroes.
Your donation helps us give quality of life and hope back to our brave service men and women while also adding to the longevity of their physical and mental health. Every donation counts. Help us make a difference for these brave heroes today!
They are men and women of honor, courage, and commitment with a heart of service. They proudly protect, defend, and advance America. They undergo the most intensive and comprehensive physical and mental training. They are the elite team that is often behind the scenes countering terrorism, completing search and rescue missions, and performing offensive raids. In their line of duty, they are often injured and deal with daily, chronic pain and debilitating mental health challenges… yet they have the determination to keep going, keep deploying, keep serving YOU and the country they love.
These injuries are severe, but they barely scratch the surface.
Now, we stand with them in support to help them prevent chronic health issues, heal ongoing pain, and be protected from further damage. Much of the equipment, support, and funds needed for treatment and prevention are not accessible to these brave heroes. They’ve served us, and now we are serving them by providing solutions, care, and hope.
We all owe our safety and quality of life to the brave men & women who protect, defend & advance America through their daily sacrifices in our Special Forces. Now is your chance to tell them “thank you,” not only with your words, but also with your actions. Here are some of the ways we are seeking to provide support:
Expedita quas, rerum eligendi earum ipsam, aliqua odio montes. Accumsan, quisquam? Reiciendis, ex eaque perfes.
Expedita quas, rerum eligendi earum ipsam, aliqua odio montes. Accumsan, quisquam? Reiciendis, ex eaque perfes.
Together we can be the hope they need. Every contribution makes both a visible and invisible difference in the physical and mental health of our Special Forces service members. Many of these service members remain unsung heroes due to the clandestine nature of their work. Their stories, their pain, and their challenges may be unfamiliar to you, but they are no less real. American Initiative was founded by Special Operations service members who understand the daily challenges our heroes face and the ongoing impact to their bodies and minds. It is our goal to provide the proper equipment to aid in mitigating injuries and continued damage to preexisting injuries. We’re seeking to head these injuries off at the pass, before these heroes are allocated to the mass quantities of broken veterans our nation still struggles to support. Make a donation today, and make a difference where it matters.

Joey Edwards is a Special Warfare Combat Crewman, 200ton maritime master of yachts, heavy weapons expert. combative instructor, industrial + organizational psychologist & management consultant. In his 8 years of service he’s fused his spine and damaged a disc to the point of nerve trauma/chronic pain. “We can’t stop these injuries from happening, but we can offer the gear needed to aid in recovery, rehabilitation, longevity, and quality of life.”
Warren is an 8th-year Naval Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewmen. Over the years his chronic back and neck pain led to multiple X-rays and an inguinal hernia surgery. The commonality of early onset, chronic injuries in his community led him to his passion for this project. “We are here to ensure that our fellow teammates can walk this line of work comfortably and efficiently, while minimizing long-term impact to their bodies and minds.”
We’ve talked to dozens of counterparts in the special operations forces community about the desperate need for physical and mental health support. These men and women deal with chronic, debilitating pain every day and struggle to get the equipment and medical attention they need due to long wait times and lagging supplies.
Looking to give even more? We are always eager to hear from passionate volunteers as we organize events and fundraisers for our Special Operations Forces. Reach out today to discover our volunteer opportunities.
